How does the 14-day free trial work?

If your plan is canceled within 14 days of signing up, you will not be charged. Refunds will not be issued once a 14 day trial is expired.

If you are an agency, users/sub accounts can be affiliates, publishers, and/or advertisers that are tied to their respective campaigns. If you are direct company, users will be campaign managers, sales managers, or call center managers. user or sub account is an entity can are reps or agents in your organization that will receive and answer phones calls, be part of a queue, upload their pre-recorded voicemail, create trigger campaigns, view their own campaign results, etc...

Agents are reps that will receive calls. A campaign can route calls to a group of agents via round robin or simultaneous ring or you can route calls to a dedciated number that already has round robin setup for a group of agents. If possible, our platform works best when agents are added, so you can track calls on a per agent basis.

Any call that is unanswered can optionally send a notification e-mail and/or text message with lead information and click to call options to call the lead back. Additionally, CallWise stores all your triggered calls in a reports section.

Yes. Whatever is not used within the month will expire.

If your account reaches 0 minutes, your calls and notifications will stop. You can upgrade your plan to resume calling.

All calls are tracked & billed in 60-second increments. We do not bill you per connected call, like a pay-per-call service.

Yes. You can change your plan whenever you like.
